4. Portal Credentials

When you provide portal credentials (e.g., CAQH, payer portals), you authorize us to access these portals on your behalf to perform the credentialing tasks you request. You are responsible for ensuring you have the authority to provide these credentials and that their use complies with the terms of service of those portals.

5. Limitation of Liability

CredsGenius is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any missed deadlines, rejected applications, or other consequences resulting from use of our service. You remain ultimately responsible for verifying all credential information and meeting regulatory requirements.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
